Immune Smoothie

Packed with vitamin C rich greens, anti-inflammatory ginger and a dash of immune boosting Manuka honey this smoothie makes a great addition to breakfast for a healthy start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 knob fresh ginger peeled (about 2 inches)
  • 1 tbsp manuka/raw honey
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more coconut water or tea to thin the smoothie.
