This product Enables flexible dosing where each 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) delivers 2000iu’s (50mcg) of Vitamin D, with one teaspoon delivering 4000iu to help optimise your body’s immune, bone, muscle and brain-supporting capabilities. 300ml size provides 120 x servings (2000iu) vitamin D, with 150ml providing 60 x servings.
